Financial Options and Counsellors || Rural Business Support & Centrelink

Rural financial counsellor Chris Fitzgerald and Centrelink Farm Household Case Manager Robert Holtham, will be offering private appointments throughout the day. The Rural Financial Counselling Service is for families and individuals involved in farming, fishing and small agriculture related businesses. If your farming family is worried about your financial situation, the RFCS is there to help – at no cost to you. Since 2006 their independent, confidential and professional service has been helping farming families to make decisions and take action to manage change, risk and business challenges. Their rural financial counsellors can help you to identify financial and business options, develop an action plan, negotiate with lenders and apply for assistance.

Suzie Kenny, an experienced presenter and coach who, as a farmer herself has experienced many of the challenges farming life can throw up. Suzie’s sessions are always down to earth, highly engaging and motivating. She will help participants shine a light on their own ability to create direction and power in their lives. Looking at what would happen if we took our uncertainties and changed them to opportunities to propel our life forward in the best possible way, regardless of circumstances.
