This article above was published in the Port Lincoln Times on the 18th November, 2014- back before we were known as Mentally Fit EP! Our beloved Kirsty spoke about how a Phone App was raised as an idea in community forums all that time ago.
We are excited to announce that for quite a while we have been working on the concept of a Phone App in the background! We have made wonderful ground work and have created a fantastic relationship with Aerion Technologies Pty. Ltd., who are based in Melbourne, and have been an incredible help. Basically, they have been legends from the moment our emails crossed paths! (A little thank you needs to go to Cameron Brown for creating this connection!)
The team at Aerion are currently assisting with planning the App. In March, students from La Trobe University will be working on developing the plan! How exciting is that?!
The App, which we are calling 'Mentally Fit ME', will be a project that will keep us busy in 2019.
We can't wait to share more with you, but just know that we listened to you all and we are working towards making it a reality!
Community surveys will take place to gather ideas - stay tuned!
